Ph.D. Advancement to Candidacy

On Friday, June 12, Ph.D. students in the University of Florida College of Medicine who have completed their qualifying exams will receive lab coats and recite an oath, marking their advancement to candidacy. The annual ceremony will be held from 5-7 p.m. in the Health Professions/Nursing/Pharmacy auditorium and will feature keynote remarks from
L. Jeannine Brady, PhD '89.

Brady is a professor and director of graduate and post-doctoral research training and career development at the UF College of Dentistry.
