Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

The University of Florida College of Medicine and UF Health is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education to continue training in particular specialties (residencies) or sub specialties (fellowships) following graduation from medical school. Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc. (ARC-PA)

The University of Florida Physician Assistant program has continued accreditation status by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant. Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP)

The University of Florida Medical Physics Graduate Program (M.S. and Ph.D.) is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs. Information regarding the Medical Physics program and alignment with CAMPEP accreditation standard 2 is located on the Medical Physics website. Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME)

The University of Florida College of Medicine is accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education to award the M.D. degree upon successful completion of the medical education program. Graduates of LCME accredited programs are eligible for entry to the next stage of training through residence programs accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and are eligible to take the United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE). The UF College of Medicine completed a survey visit for full accreditation in 2023 and the LCME determined to continue accreditation of the medical education program for an eight-year term. Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC)

The University of Florida is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Additional information regarding SACSCOC accreditation is located within the UF Graduate Catalog.

Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH)

The University of Florida Center for Experiential Learning and Simulation is fully accredited by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare in the areas of assessment, research, teaching/education, and systems integration.
